Retained as joint agent by Kennedy Wilson, McParlane & Co have provided agency advice over several years with input in securing new tenants, lease regears, renewals and raising & helping to implement asset management / tenant engineering initiatives.
McParlane & Co were engaged by EG Group to assist in growing their UK portfolio of petrol filling stations and drive thrus which they develop in tandem with a number of key brand partners. In an increasingly crowded market, securing the correct sites has become a challenging task and McParlane & Co are delighted to have identified and helped secure sites in key strategic locations in Hamilton and Livingston with the minimum of fuss and in a timely manner.
McParlane & Co are retained by The Designer Rooms to help them grow their portfolio of showrooms. This has resulted in new stores being acquired at Silverburn Shopping Centre, Braehead Shopping Centre, Braehead Retail Park and a stunning new flagship at Prestwick Road in Ayr following the freehold purchase and redevelopment of former showroom premises.
Acting on behalf of Coffeepots Ltd, an established Costa franchise partner, McParlane and Co played a central role in the expansion of the business with several store and drive thru acquisitions in Glasgow, North and South Lanarkshire, Ayrshire, Aberdeenshire and Falkirk.
McParlane & Co are retained by global fitness franchise F45 and successfully helped acquire Scotland’s first F45 gym at West Campbell Street in Glasgow. Following a very successful opening further sites are now being pursued.
McParlane & Co were advisors on the disposal of a 7.5 acre development site at High Street in Glasgow City Centre. This involved working through a site layout strategy, securing an outline planning consent and undertaking a UK wide marketing campaign; ultimately leading to a successful multi- million pound disposal of the site.
